The room is a spacious 50 m² or so, where you can take your time and relax. With a separate bath and toilet and a washing machine, even a long stay feels as comfortable as home.

Hot water usage We use an electric water heater. The amount of hot water available at one time is limited, so we ask for your cooperation with the following. ・Please avoid running the shower continuously for long periods. ・When staying as a large group, we recommend spacing out your baths. ・If the tank does run empty, reheating takes several hours, so please understand this in advance.
Cleaning and changing of sheets and towels ・We do not clean the room or change the sheets during consecutive nights. ・Towels are not exchanged; please launder them yourself. ・The room rate includes roughly two hours of cleaning, but if the room is left significantly soiled or damaged we may charge an additional cleaning fee.
Smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the building except on the balcony. If cigarette butts or traces of smoking are found in the room or in the bin, a penalty of 20,000 yen will be charged.
Card key Please handle the card key with care. If it is lost or damaged, or if it is locked inside the room and has to be reissued, a reissue fee of 3,000 yen will be charged.
