Your key card is stored in a passcode-protected lockbox at the property. The passcode to open the box will be provided after your reservation is confirmed. As this is important security information, please keep it safe until the day of check-in.

Pick Up Your Key Card on Arrival

After arriving at the hotel, please proceed to the lockbox location indicated in our instructions. Enter the passcode provided in advance and take your key card from inside the box. No face-to-face check-in is required, so you can enter smoothly and easily.

Enter Your Room with the Key Card

Use the key card you collected to enter your room. After check-in, you may come and go freely during your stay. Please enjoy a relaxing and comfortable time with your family, friends, or travel companions.
