Booking complete

Once your reservation is complete, we will send you the information you need for check-in. Because our hotel uses self check-in, please be sure to read the information we send you in advance.

Your PIN code

Your card key is kept in a PIN-protected box at the hotel. We will let you know the PIN for opening the box after your reservation is made. This is important security information, so please keep it safe until the day of check-in.

Collect your card key on site

On arrival, head to the key box at the location we told you about in advance. Enter the PIN we provided and take the card key from inside the box. No face-to-face procedure with staff is required, so check-in is quick and smooth.

Enter your room with the card key

Use the card key you collected to enter your room. After check-in you are free to come and go at any time during your stay. Please relax and enjoy your time with family and friends.
