"Feast for the Five Senses" Kanazawa accommodation campaign

and the Ishikawa Residents' Discount have been extended!

Originallyrunning for stays up to Wednesday 31 August, now extended to stays up to Friday 30 September

 

The "Feast for the Five Senses" campaignis run by the City of Kanazawa,

and because it focuses on stimulating demand in Kanazawa, the travel products on offer really convey what makes Kanazawa special.   Eligibility has now been widened to residents of the whole country, so anyone can use the campaign.   With this campaign,

if you choose a plan that includes a popular restaurant or a ryotei you have wanted to visit,

your trip to Kanazawa works out far better value than simply going to the restaurant on its own!

*Amounts under 6,000 yen are not eligible.

*There is no limit on how many times one person may use it.

*It can be combined with Ishikawa Prefecture's"Support programme for prefectural residents travelling within the prefecture (prefectural travel discount)".

*Up to three consecutive nights per reservation are eligible for the discount.

*If you do not stay overnight (check in), the discount (subsidy) does not apply. This programme is defined as travel plans that combine "food" and craft "experiences" on the premise of an overnight stay, so if the user does not stay overnight the discount (subsidy) does not apply, regardless of whether payment has been made.

  The "Ishikawa Residents' Discount" is a campaign run by Ishikawa Prefecture, designed to encourage residents of Ishikawa to travel within the prefecture and rediscover its new attractions.   The best thing about this campaign has to be the Ishikawa tourism coupons — worth up to 2,000 yen per person per night — that can be used at local restaurants and souvenir shops!   And it is now open not only to residents of Ishikawa but also to those of Toyama and Fukui!
