We serve a bento from Kinjohro, a ryotei restaurant founded 130 years ago, as dinner in your room.

★We have prepared six varieties in all, from an authentic kaiseki bento to a sirloin steak box★

[Matsu] A two-tier kaiseki box centred on seasonal appetisers, simmered dishes, fried dishes and vinegared dishes (15 cm x 15 cm) [Take] A healthy two-tier box with seasonal appetisers, simmered dishes and grilled dishes as the main items (21 cm x 11 cm) [Ume] A single-tier box, easy to eat and a relaxed way to enjoy ryotei cooking (20 cm x 20 cm) [Japanese beef sirloin steak box] 120 g of Japanese beef sirloin served over rice from Noto (17 cm x 13 cm) [Odamaki] (eel over rice)　An eel bento based on Kinjohro's speciality umaki, or eel omelette roll (17 cm x 13 cm) [Inari sushi] Thick Kaga fried tofu simmered on the sweet side — recommended for children

[Important] Prefectural residents' discount / Kanazawa "Feast for the Five Senses" accommodation campaign

・All guests (aged 12 and over) must present proof of three vaccine doses, such as a vaccination certificate, or a negative test result (copies accepted), together with identification showing their place of residence. ・In accordance with the terms of the subsidy, the representative of the booking must sign the "Certificate of Stay" prepared by the hotel.
